Priority Orders & Delivery Promise

Guests can browse available items directly from our machines. If something they need is temporarily out of stock, they can still place the order—it will be added to our priority list.

 

- Orders placed before 8 PM will be delivered to the property within 2 hours.  

- Orders placed after 8 PM qualify for next-morning delivery between 8–9 AM, with an optional upcharge for same-night delivery.  

- If we’re unable to fulfill a same-night delivery, the upcharge will be refunded automatically, and the guest will be notified with a sincere apology and a reasonable solution to ensure satisfaction.  

- Any priority items will also be included as extra inventory during the next scheduled delivery to prevent future shortages.  

- If a morning delivery is ever delayed in a way that significantly inconveniences your staff or guests, we will compensate accordingly—because your trust and their comfort matter most.
